Fall 2022 Woodruff School of Mechanical Engineering and ASME Career Fair

The Woodruff School of Mechanical Engineering and ASME will host two Career Fairs – Wednesday, September 14, 2022 (In-Person) and Wednesday, September 21, 2022 (Online/Virtual)

Location

Our Fall 2022 Woodruff School and ASME (In-Person) Career Fair on Wednesday, September 14, will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the McCamish Pavilion at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA. The McCamish Pavilion is located at 965 Fowler St NW, Atlanta, GA 30318.

Our Fall 2022 Woodruff School and ASME (Virtual) Career Fair on Wednesday, September 21, will take place from 12:00-5:00 p.m. through the Career Fair Plus app; please visit this link to download the app.

Registration

Below you will find the cost of the Fall 2022 Woodruff School of Mechanical Engineering (ME) and ASME Career Fair

  • Wednesday, September 14 (In-Person) from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (EST)
  • Early Bird - $1000.00 (before August 31, 2022)
  • Late registration - $1200.00 (after August 31, 2022)
     
  • Wednesday, September 21 (Virtual) - $750.00 from 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm (EST)
  • Early Bird - $750.00 (before August 31, 2022)
  • Late registration - $950.00 (after August 31, 2022)

Payment

Payment for the event can be made through Marketplace, a secure website created by the Georgia Tech Bursar’s Office. Marketplace is a very easy-to-use service that helps us process payments faster.

Employers can complete their registration and submit payment directly using a credit card by clicking on the respective dates below:

Cancellation Policy

  • All registrations are final – refunds will not be issued.
  • Registration is not complete until payment has been received. If you register and payment is not applied by Wednesday, August 31, 2022 by 5:00 p.m. (EST) we reserve the right to cancel your registration.
     

Inclement Weather

In the case of inclement weather on the day of the Fall 2022 Woodruff School and ASME (In-Person) Career Fair, we will transfer registration to Spring 2023 Woodruff School and ASME (In-Person) Career Fair.

Shipping

If your company has chosen to ship display materials in advance for the Fall 2022 Woodruff School and ASME (In-Person) Career Fair on Wednesday, September 14, 2022, all materials should be received by Friday, September 2, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. Please be sure to put your/the company name somewhere on the package. All shipments must be sent to the following address:

Wednesday, September 14 (In-Person)

  • One in-person booth/corporate registration for the one-day fair
  • Refreshments and lunch for employers
  • Analytics to view the impact of student interactions with employers
    • Including all attendee profile information and movement
  • Contact-less check in via QR code
  • Access to student database and digital resumes prior to the event
  • One-on-one Meetings with scheduling tool; ability to pre-schedule student appointments
    • Students can book meetings/appointments in Career Fair Plus App to meet with recruiters in-person to help avoid long lines on day of event
  • Student can drop their CV/resumes to employers prior to event, even if they don’t have a meeting/appointment
  • An interactive fair map and booth selection tool
    • The sooner you sign up, the earlier you can select your booth!!
    • Students can keep track of favorites, who they’ve met with already, etc.
  • Employer booth profile information with custom video upload.
  • Native mobile applications for Android and iOS and web view for access. (Fair map is not currently available on the web view.)
  • Push notifications to mobile devices to drive traffic through the application.
  • Unlimited attendance for both candidates and recruiters.
  • Live webinar training for the employers with optional recording and tutorials
  • Live tech support team during our normal business hours on the day of the event to make sure everything runs smoothly.
     

Wednesday, September 21 (Virtual)

  • One virtual booth/corporate registration for the one-day fair
  • We will use the Career Fair Plus App, which you can customize for video, audio-only, or text-based.
    • Don't like any of the CF+ options? You can link to zoom, skype, BlueJeans, and more!
  • Analytics to view the impact of student interactions with employers
    • Including all attendee profile information and movement
  • Access to student database and digital resumes prior to the event
  • One-on-one Meetings with scheduling tool; ability to pre-schedule student appointments
    • Students can book meetings/appointments in Career Fair Plus App to meet with recruiters
  • Student can drop their CV/resumes to employers prior to event, even if they don’t have a meeting/appointment
